Shipping & Delivery Time

  • For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we do only surprise gift delivery in person. And will not be delivered along with courier products.
  • For non- perishable items like mugs , photo frames we ship by courier / india post , tracking will be send to you after processing the order

Surprise Gift Delivery

  • Same day and next day deliveries are not available at the moment due to present situations , we accept orders with minimum 3 days notice
  • Standard Delivery time will be between 9am - 8pm Indian standard time , you will be notified by email once the gift is delivered. We cannot commit a fixed time for delivery.
  • Sometime Deliveries may take longer due to bad weather / traffic / unforeseen circumstances , in such cases you will be notified by email/whatsapp
  • If the recipient address given by the sender is correct and recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order at the door / gate / neighbour.
  • For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery only once. If the delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to the following reasons , you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. Refund are not possible in such cases
    1. Incorrect address provided by the sender
    2. Recipient not available at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender.
    3. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
    4. Premises locked./ no one available at the shipping addresses
  • We will always try our best to get you gifts delivered , we might call recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time if needed.

Ship By Courier / Post

  • Orders be processed and despatched in 3-5 days, Most orders are delivered within 7-10 working days depending on the location of delivery.
  • Your should always take the opening video of the parcel , and if in case any wrong product / damaged product is delivered , please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • And inform us within 24hours , We will personally ensure that the issue is satisfactorily resolved.
  • Please remember parcel opening video is compulsory , with out video the complaints will not be considered, And the video should be with out and pause / stop , not edited.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Cancellation can be done before we start processing the order , once your order status changes to PROCESSED , it cannot be cancelled
